At an altitude
of 6354 m. the Chopicalqui is seen from
great part of Callejon de Huaylas, to
the east of the Huascarán. It is
a mountain that is in the Cordillera Blanca
which is accessible and attractive for
climbers. To scale a snow-capped mountain
of moderate difficulty and to enjoy its
beautiful views of the Cordillera Blanca
from its summits compensates the effort
made to see the beauty of this mountain.
