This circuit
begins in the town of Cashapampa passing
the valleys of Santa Cruz Punta Union,
the highest place where it is possible
to see the snow-capped mountains during
the long walk, the valley of Huaripampa
passing the towns of Colcabamba etc. Later
we’ll ascend in the direction of
the Ulta Chica valley, passing the Paso
Yanacachu (4850 m.), we’ll arrive
at the Ulta Grande valley where other
peaks of the Cordilllera Blanca can be
seen (Chopicalqui, Contrahierbas, Ulta,
and Hualcan).

Day 3: Llamacoral – Taullipampa.
Day 4: Taullipanpa – Paso
Punta Union - Cachina Pampas.
Day 5: Cachinapampa – Molino.
Day 6: Molino – Campo de Ulta
Chica.
Day 7: Ulta Chica – Paso Yanayacu
- Ulta grande.
Day 8: Ulta grande – Huaraz. |
